Each room includes a desk, bed, and wardrobe, while the apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and an in-unit washing machine. Communal areas are cleaned regularly as part of the service. Electricity is prepaid.
How much will I need to pay before moving in?
You’ll need to pay your first month’s rent before the move-in date, along with a damages deposit equal to one month’s rent and a R700 administration fee.
What if I have a problem with my apartment?
